Crappo Weeko Oh.

Oh, the week started good. It started fine. It started great! Stink Pants #5 came down to visit. C-whore was in town for her sister Death's confirmation, so we saw her on Friday. Saturday, Stink Pants and I met up with Master Millheim and we trucked it down to Lenny and his wife's house for an awesome party. On Sunday, Master Millheim introduced Stink Pants to his very first dim sum restaurant. Friday through Sunday was awesome. The crappy part started Monday.

Monday, Stink Pants #5 had to go home. My throat began to get scratchy.

Tuesday, I went to an audition for a show that goes up in August. I didn't get cast. Later, the director (who called me at my workplace to invite me to the audition) called my home and said she was sorry, but the other girl who got the main part did it "differently." I'd rather I lost the part because I'm short. "Differently" is director-ese for "I liked her acting better."

Wednesday, my scratchy throat became a full blown cold with sneezing, congestion, achiness and all around icky feeling. I was planning to go to kareoke tonight, but I figure smoke and alcohol can't be that great for my immune system. So I didn't go.

I just hope the rest of the week turns out better.

Oh yeah, one other crappy thing, but it's not as bad as the cold. I was playing the Sims earlier (the game has taken over my life ever since the expansion pack prices dropped down to $10.00 at Walmart) and for some reason no one can go up stairs because "the object is in use". No one is using the stairs though! It sucks butt! On the plus side, I now own Makin' Magic and Unleashed.

I know that's not going to make much sense to people who don't play the Sims and have no idea what I'm talking about, but I know what I'm talking about and I'm perturbed.
