Noona is Engaged!

It's weird how fast people grow. When we were little, Noona and I used to hide from our dad when he came home and yell, "Daddy! Come find us!" Then we'd sit there and giggle like mad until he looked under the table, or under the blanket on the couch, or in the closet or wherever we thought was a great hiding place (which it would've been if we hadn't been giggling or if our feet weren't sticking out).

Then one day, Noona calls me and tells me she's engaged to Wonka, her boyfriend of four or five years. Where did the time go? Yesterday we were spinning in our back yard, or digging tunnels in snowbanks, and today she's engaged. Sunrise, sunset.

Of course, I was extremely happy for both of them and begged her for pictures of her ring (it's square and huge). So now, Noona will have to go through the headache of planning a wedding, just like me!

The only people I'm a little sad for are my parents. My mom will only have my dad to talk to when she's at home, and Dad now has two weddings to pay for, hahaha! (If you ask Dad though, he'll say, "Take them away!")

I don't know how the hell I did it, but I use to hide in the hamper with the clothes.
